As a Chartered surveyor, I have worked across many property sectors in the UK, but being involved with renewable energy is fantastic in terms of contributing to clean energy and enhancing biodiversity.

I look after the commercial and technical performance of ILOS Energy’s UK solar portfolio, helping our sites run efficiently and deliver strong, reliable results. With extensive experience in the energy industry, I’m passionate about driving the transition to cleaner, more sustainable power across the UK.

I bring over 25 years’ electrical experience and seven years in solar, with a strong focus on technical quality and asset performance. At ILOS, I work within UK asset management to support the long-term, responsible operation of our solar portfolio and contribute to a more sustainable energy system.

Driven by a commitment to renewable energy and the energy transition, I began a career in recruitment building project-lifecycle teams across Europe. At ILOS, I am developing our recruitment strategy and process while supporting team growth and capability, enabling us to grow with the right people to deliver on our mission.

Working in the renewable energy sector gives me the opportunity to give something back to our communities and environment. It offers the chance to be part of an exciting and ever evolving industry and leave a fantastic legacy for our children and future generations.

A working mum, I like to spend my spare time in the countryside with my family, friends and dogs. I am delighted to do a job that enables me to do my bit towards preserving, even enhancing, our natural environment now and for the future.
